When using Escapelle/Postinor, there are some possible side effects you should be aware of. Some women may experience nausea, abdominal pain, fatigue, headaches, breast tenderness, dizziness, or vomiting after taking it. Don’t be surprised if you notice changes in your period, such as irregular bleeding or spotting; this is entirely normal. While bleeding patterns may be temporarily disrupted, most women will have their next menstrual period within 5 days of the expected time (up to 5 days earlier or up to 5 days later). If your next menstrual period is more than 5 days overdue, please consult your gynaecologist.
